Berry Energy Smoothie

Get a berry boost to start your morning!  Packed with antioxidants and Vitamin C, this smoothie will provide you the energy needed to start your day off right.

 

Benefits:  Vitamin C, Antioxidants, Immunity Boost, VItamin, Potassium, Iron, Calcium

INGREDIENTS:

-1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or your favorite berry)

- 1 heaped tsp Kiva Maqui Berry powder

- 1 small frozen banana

- 1 cup milk (soy or almond)

- 1 tsp vanilla paste

DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a blender, mix and enjoy!

Optional:  You can also sweeten with stevia sweetener.

YIELDS: 1-2 CUPS
