I have been supplementing with the Kiva black seed oil to complement taking Vitamin D as its absorption is heightened when taken with a source of fat. Since this oil is also recommended for immune response and for its anti-inflammatory properties, this is a bonus. I have been dealing with bronchitis and have not had to resort to antibiotics. I believe this, in part, has helped my rapid recovery that usually takes several weeks.

Ever since I started taking these I no longer develop sinus infections or upper respiratory infections while travelling via airplane. Also allergy season in the fall and spring has been livable due to this supplement! I still get post nasal drip and an occasional congestion with sneezing. But I'll take that any day over eye conjunctivitis, laryngitis ear infections and bronchitis!
